Hello friends. Happy Saturday!
The early church grew fast—and with that growth came growing pains. Disagreements began to rise over who could be saved and how. In Acts 15, the apostles faced a defining question: is salvation by faith in Jesus alone, or must people follow old religious customs too? The outcome of that meeting changed everything. The church reaffirmed a timeless truth—grace wins.

📚 Scripture. 💪

(Acts 15:11) — “We believe that we are all saved the same way, by the undeserved grace of the Lord Jesus.”

Observation: This verse comes from Peter’s bold declaration at the Jerusalem Council, where church leaders debated whether Gentile believers had to follow Jewish laws to be saved. Peter reminded them that even the Jewish believers were not saved by keeping the law, but by God’s grace through faith in Christ. The statement, “we are all saved the same way,” tore down the walls of division and reaffirmed the heart of the gospel—salvation is a gift, not something earned. This truth brought unity to a divided church and freedom to believers everywhere. Grace puts everyone on level ground before the cross, reminding us that no one is too far gone and no one is too good to need it.

Application: It’s easy to slip into performance mode—trying to prove ourselves worthy of God’s love. But grace reminds us that Jesus already did the work. Stop striving for acceptance you already have. Rest in His finished work and extend that same grace to others. When you live from grace, not for it, joy and peace begin to flow again.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for saving me by Your grace. I could never earn Your love, but You gave it freely through Jesus. Help me to rest in what You’ve already done and to show the same grace to others. Let my life reflect the freedom and joy that come from knowing You.

Grace changes everything. It frees us from guilt, breaks down barriers, and reminds us that our identity is secure in Christ. You don’t have to earn God’s love—it’s already yours. This week, live in that truth. Let grace flow through your words, actions, and relationships, and watch how God uses it to bring freedom to others.
