If God, Why is There Evil?

Introduction

Question: If God is good, why is there evil?

Short Answer: Is it possible that God could have created a perfect world with no pain and suffering? Yes. He did. It was called the Garden of Eden. However, true love can only be freely given. That is why there needed to be an element of choice. Humans were created good, but Adam and Eve sinned. Then, pain and suffering entered the world. This is why Jesus came. He came to put the world right again.
